Meet Lisa L.

I’ve never had the luxury of an “easy” life. My parents separated when I was young, and life was a struggle growing up. I’ve endured emotional, physical and sexual abuse throughout my life. I have anxiety, depression and PTSD. Every day is a little different and I have my good and bad days. I’m a wife, a mother to two amazing kids and fur mom to 4 crazy dogs. I’m still looking for my “place” in some ways, but I try to spread positivity with tattooing, gardening and other forms of art. Special is important to me because it is a daily reminder that despite my struggles, I am not less worthy. My name is Lisa and I am #Special!
